iclub Sheung Wan Hotel

I was on a high floor and the view was lovely. I've never stayed in a room with a glass outside wall. So up on the 38th floor, it was a little scary looking down, especially with the bed right to the edge of this window wall. But it was an experience. The train station is within walking distance, so are the buses and trams. Plenty of shops and eating places around the area.

Excellent location at a central yet quiet spot. The staff was absolutely excellent as well and they helped me out a lot after I had a massive flight delay which caused me to arrive one day later than expected in Hong Kong. Can't thank them enough. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable in a modern design, neither too fancy nor looking old or out of date. Just perfect if you intend to explore Hong Kong and not stay on the room too much time.

I had a wonderful experience staying at iclub Sheung Wan. The ambiance was absolutely delightful – calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The lighting and décor created a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were stylish yet cozy, making it a pleasure to spend time there. Overall, the hotel’s ambiance significantly enhanced my stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing getaway.

Room was good size and clean and bright. Location was great with lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby. I like the pantry level where free teas,breakfast & cold drinks were provided. I also like it focusing on sustainability. I like the fact that our suite actually composes of 3 rooms with its own doors so we could all have our privacy when didn't want to be disturbed. Very close to the airport express HK station and city check in.

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and supportive with a problem I had, despite being very busy. I also saw that another visitor was also well supported. The desk to be always attended by two staff. The reception/lounge/breakfast area was light and airy and had an outdoor area. The location was good, easy to explore local are, close to trams and mtr. The whole place was very clean and well air-conditioned. Lots of glass and chrome to make the spaces feel larger. I had read before I went that people were not very satisfied with the breakfast, but I found that they had several types of rolls and muffins as well as mini croissants and bread to toast, all of which was well monitored and topped up so I never saw it run out. Two varieties of juice, different teas and coffee machines. It was quite adequate unless you wanted s hot breakfast.
